December 2025 Issue 

December has a way of slowing us down. The air grows colder, the nights grow longer, and we suddenly find ourselves pausing to think about all that’s happened this year. It’s a good time to remember the blessings Allah has given us, such as our families and friends and the comfort of a kind word or caring smile.

This month, in our Zoom section, we visit Oymyakon, the coldest inhabited place on Earth. It’s hard to imagine living in a place where eyelashes freeze and cars never get turned off. Yet the people there smile through the frost, help one another, and remain grateful every day. Their strength reminds us that true warmth doesn't come from the weather; it comes from kindness, faith, and togetherness.

As we welcome a new year, let’s fill our days with thankfulness and good deeds. Let’s spread warmth by helping others, forgiving easily, and remembering Allah in both good times and hard ones.

Here’s to a winter full of warmth and a new year full of hope.
