What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free in the US and Canada. There is a $10 annual shipping charge for international deliveries.
Do I need to create an account?
You do not need to create an account on checkout, but, in order to make changes to your subscription preferences, you will then need to create an account using the same email which you made a purchase. An account will allow you to update your delivery address and manage your subscription. If you used an incorrect email for the purchase, please contact atlasia@atlasiakids.com and we will help you with your subscription.
How do I verify my account?
Its very simple, when you create your account, you will receive a verification link on email. Click the verification link to authorise your account.
How do I update my delivery address?
Log in or create an account using the email from which you made the subscription. On your account page, click on "Edit Subscription" then click on the subscription Order ID which you want to change details for.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in or create an account using the email from which you made the subscription. On your account page, click on "Edit Subscription" then click on the subscription Order ID which you want to cancel and click the button that says "Cancel Subscription"
